Chatbot
A WordPress chatbot that answers from your own words and your pages, with no outside service
Visitors ask instead of searching: what it costs, when you are open, who is behind the site. The window answers from what you entered and from your pages; with an AI key it writes the answer in full sentences. What it does not know it brings to you — you write the answer once, and from then on it says it itself. Nothing leaves the visitor's browser but the question to your site.

What it answers from
- Your own questions and answers — first, word for word
- The pages of the site, split into passages, with a link to the page
- With an AI key: the answer in full sentences, from those passages only
- Price, who runs the site, address, opening hours, delivery — word families in ten languages
- In the language of the question
What you do
- Enter answers: the question, the answer, other ways to ask, a page to point to
- Read the open questions — counted when the same one comes again
- Write an answer; next time the assistant says it itself
- Pick the starting questions shown under the first line
- Rebuild the index when you like — otherwise it does so after every saved page
How it looks
- On every page as a button in the corner, or only where the block stands
- As a box on one page — the contact page, say
- Name, first line, hint in the field, the sentence for “no answer”, a contact page
- The colour of the site, or one of your own
- A preview beside the settings that really answers
Open questions
What nobody could answer waits for you.
Every question without an answer stands in the client area, with how often it came and where. Under it a field: write two sentences, save — and the question is answered, for good. What needs no answer you forget with a click.

Your answers
Your words come first.
A question as a visitor would type it, the answer in two or three sentences, other ways to ask the same thing, and a page the assistant points to. When one of your answers fits, it comes word for word — before anything else. A number makes it a starting question under the first line.
Appearance
Corner or box, your colour, your words.
On every page as a button bottom right or left, or only where you put the block. The name, the first line, the hint in the field, the sentence when there is no answer, a contact page and the colour — and beside the settings stands the window as a visitor sees it, and it really answers.

Questions
Does the chatbot need an AI service?
No. Without a key it answers from your answers and quotes the matching passage of a page, with a link. With a key at OpenAI or Anthropic — the same one as for Build with AI — it writes the answer in full sentences, from the passages of your site only. What is not on the site it does not invent; the question lands with you.
What leaves the site?
From the visitor's browser only the question to your site — no outside script, no chat service, no cookie. Only your server talks to the AI service, and only when you switched it on. Questions are stored without a name or an address.
Does it answer in other languages?
Yes. It tells the language of the question and answers in it; the window itself speaks the language of the site, or of the language page it stands on. “What does it cost”, “price”, “combien” and an amount like “CHF 89” mean the same to it — likewise licence, contact, opening hours, delivery, returns, appointments, who runs the site and its address, in ten languages.
How does it know what is on the site?
From an index of every published page, split into passages by heading. It rebuilds itself after every saved page, with the next question — or at once, with a button.
Can I show it on one page only?
Yes. Either on every page as a button in the corner, or only where the block “Chatbot” stands — as a box on the contact page, say, or as a button in the footer template.
Is this in the free version?
No. The chatbot is a Pro module, included in every Pro plan.
