Forms
WordPress forms with an inbox: build once, place anywhere, read the replies on the site
A form that sends an email and nothing else loses enquiries: the mail lands in spam, somebody deletes it, and nobody can say later who wrote what. Here every reply sits on the site — every field, read or unread, searchable — and the email is only the notification that one arrived.

Building
- Text, email, phone, number, date, choice, checkbox
- File upload, consent, hidden field
- Required fields, your own error messages, your own order
- Several recipients, reply-to taken from the form
- A thank-you text or a redirect after sending
Receiving
- An inbox in the client area, with every field
- Read and unread, with a count in the menu
- Reply straight from the message
- CSV export for whatever comes next
- Your client sees it too — without WordPress
Keeping bots out
- A bait field only a program fills in
- A brake against floods from one source
- No puzzle for humans, no third-party script
- No data sent to a service that counts traffic lights
- What was blocked is in the security log
Build it once
One form, many places.
You build the form once — fields, recipients, thank-you text — and then place it as a block wherever it is needed: the contact page, the footer, a template, a mega menu. Change a field and it changes everywhere. In the builder the form takes the fonts and colours of your design, so it does not look like a foreign object, because it is not one.

The inbox
Every reply where it belongs.
An enquiry arrives, the mail goes to you, and the message sits in the client area: name, message, every field that was filled in, with a date and a state. Unread ones show as a count in the menu. You answer from the message itself — the reply address is already there. And when somebody asks in June what was written in January, it is still there.
What went out
A log of every mail this site sent.
Form mails, order confirmations, newsletters, the mail that resets a password: everything the site sends is logged with date, recipient, subject and result. "Sent" means the server took it; "failed" comes with the reason beside it — an address that does not exist says so here, and not later on the phone.

Questions
Do I need Contact Form 7 or WPForms?
No. Forms, the inbox and the mail log are part of ambera, including the free version — with the same blocks and the same look as the rest of the site.
How does it keep spam out?
With a field no human sees and every program fills in, and a brake that will not let the same source send every second. No traffic-light puzzle, and no service reading along.
Do the mails actually arrive?
They go through your server's mail. Whether one was accepted is in the log; where a server cannot send at all, you enter an SMTP account in the settings — no extra plugin for that either.
Can my client read the enquiries?
Yes, that is the point: the inbox is a screen in the client area. Under Access you decide whether they may also delete.
Can I export the replies?
Yes, as CSV, with every field exactly as it was filled in.
